Nagin1's Terms & Conditions — Fully in Bengali

1. General Terms

Nagin1 is an online Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between nagin1 and its members. By opening an account or using the platform, you automatically agree to these Terms.

These terms and conditions have been written in Bengali for the convenience of our Bangladeshi members. However, the original English version shall prevail for any legal interpretation. nagin1 reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and members will be notified in advance before any changes take effect.

Nagin1's terms and conditions apply to eligible members of legal age only. Any fraudulent activity or breach of these terms may result in account termination and legal action. nagin1 is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and responsible betting environment for all.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with nagin1, the following conditions must be met:

• The registrant must be at least 18 years must be.
• All information provided must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• One person One Account Only per account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number or email address provided at registration must be verified.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their passwords confidential.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Nagin1 may request a national ID, passport, or other documents to verify a member's identity at any time. Withdrawals may be withheld until verification is complete. This process is entirely secure and is carried out solely to protect your information.

3. Betting Rules

The following rules apply at all times when betting on nagin1:

Bet Limits

• For each bet Minimum amount ৳10 and maximum limits vary by sport and market.
• Nagin1 sets a maximum win limit per event for each member.
• Placing contradictory bets on the same event ("arbitrage betting") is prohibited.

Bet Cancellation & Review

Nagin1 reserves the right to cancel bets under the following circumstances:

• If a match is cancelled, postponed, or incomplete.
• If there is a technical error or incorrect information in the odds.
• When the outcome of a specific event remains uncertain for any reason.
• If match-fixing or fraudulent activity is suspected.

Live Betting

Live betting runs on real-time odds and is subject to rapid changes. nagin1's system verifies odds before any bet is accepted — a brief delay during this process is normal. If the odds change before a bet is confirmed, members will be given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.

4. Payment Terms

All financial transactions on nagin1 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The full payment terms are detailed below:

Deposit

• Minimum Deposit Amount ৳100।
• Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly, though bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.
• Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount ৳500।
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours of being processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made.

5. Bonus & Promotion Policy

Nagin1 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, and compliance is mandatory:

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only. Each member is eligible for this bonus once.
• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw a bonus, you must place a specified number of bets (generally 5–10 times the bonus amount).
• Validity: Every bonus offer has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Combination Prohibition: Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the promotion.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts or placing coordinated bets to exploit the bonus system will result in all bonuses being cancelled.

Nagin1 reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. In the event of any bonus-related dispute, nagin1's decision shall be final.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nagin1 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Betting using match-fixing schemes or insider information.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using arbitrage or guaranteed profit strategies to exploit the bonus system.
• Attempting to breach platform security or gain unauthorized access to the system.
• Conducting transactions using third-party funds or payment methods.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other members or staff.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Nagin1 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• If evidence of suspicious financial transactions or fraud is found.
• Involvement in any prohibited activity.

Any valid balance will be returned before an account is closed, though bonus funds may be forfeited. Members who wish to close their own account can contact the support team.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nagin1 is not responsible for the following:

• Loss or missed bets due to internet disconnection.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment systems.
• Losses caused by issues with the user's own device or software.
• Force majeure events — such as natural disasters, government orders, or cyberattacks.

Nagin1's total liability shall not exceed the amount staked in the relevant bet under any circumstances.

9. Responsible Gaming

Nagin1 believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of addiction. We encourage all members to bet responsibly. The following tools are always available on our platform:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Break: Take a break from betting for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform.
• Reality Check: Review a summary of your betting activity at regular intervals.
